Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
- Browse the collection and open the product you want.
- Check the size guide above the size options if you need measurements.
- Select your size and add the item to your cart.
- Open your cart and select Checkout.
- Enter your delivery address and contact details.
- Choose your payment method — UPI, card, net banking, wallet, or Cash on Delivery.
- Place the order. You'll get a confirmation by email, and tracking details once it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay), net banking and wallets, all processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available across India with a ₹100 handling fee.
Do you charge for Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD orders carry a handling fee of ₹100, added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order. Prepaid orders ship free.
Is the COD fee refundable?
No, the ₹100 COD fee is not refunded on returns. If we sent you a damaged or incorrect item, we refund it in full.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. COD orders carry a ₹100 handling fee.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–7 business days elsewhere in India.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive the AWB tracking number by email. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to see where your parcel is. If you can't find your AWB number, check your shipping confirmation email or contact us and we'll look it up.
Do you ship everywhere in India?
We ship across India. Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the standard timeline.
My order is taking longer than expected.
Delays can happen due to weather, logistics disruptions or public holidays. If your order is past the expected window, email support@mannr.co.in with your order ID and we'll check on it.
Returns & Exchanges
In how many days will my return be picked up?
Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags intact and in original packaging.
How do I return something?
Sign in to your account and raise a return request against the order. You can also email support@mannr.co.in with your order ID, reason for return and product images where applicable.
How will I be refunded?
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via store credit, UPI or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.
I received a damaged or incorrect item.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images at support@mannr.co.in. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including the COD fee if one was charged.

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with chest, shoulder and length measurements for each size, plus instructions on how to measure.
